Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Natural rock salt, also called halite, is mined in much the same way as coal and is usually marketed without purification, after crushing and screening. It occurs as bedded or domed deposits, believed to result from the evaporation of impounded sea water, in 28 states in the USA. Purity ranges from 97 percent for Kansas salt to 99 percent for Louisiana salt. The main impurities are calcium sulphate, dolomite, quartz, calcite and traces of iron oxides.
